The sheets are roughly 10" x 14". I'm wondering if the wave pattern moves across the 14 inches or the 10 inches. I hope that makes sense. I want to use this tile behind my guest bath vanity with the wavy pattern vertical and also as a band in my tub/shower area with the wavy pattern moving horizontally. I'm trying to figure out how much to order. tub/shower area is 32" on both ends and 60" in length and I'mm planning on using a 6 inch band of the tile. The area over my vanity is 5 ft by 5 ft= 25 sq ft. How much do you think I will need to order? Thank you for your help. My remodel in starting tomorrow so I need an answer ASAP. Thank you again.

Thank you for your interest. The wave pattern goes along the long side. If you scroll through all the pictures on the product page, you will be able to find a picture of one loose sheet of the mosaic tile. It's truly beautiful and we are sure it will look great in your bathroom. Please let us know if you need any other help.
In the vignette pictures the tile is installed vertically. What suggestions would you have for finishing if the tiles were to be installed horizontally as a backslash in a kitchen??? Do you have photos of this tile installed this way in this application??
I don't think we have any photos of this style installed horizontally, but it would be beautiful that way! You could install it with a wavy edge if you want to preserve the shape. Grout it in place and then use a caulk that matches your grout color to finish the edges.
If you prefer a straight cut, you can use a wet saw to cut the wavy edge straight. We recommend using painter's tape to lightly adhere the tile to a board before you cut so the mesh-backed sheets stay fixed while going under the wet saw. If you want to use a trim piece, you can check out our white marble pencils for a clean edge. This tile is made of Paper White Marble - the closest trim is Thassos white marble.
