  1. Who can apply for the trade discount?
    Any building and interior professionals are eligible to apply! Tile Club offers trade discounts to contractors, tile installers, interior designers, architects, and other building and interior professionals. Please make sure your documentation and business information showcase your work within the eligible professions in order to qualify.
  2. What are Tile Club's trade discount perks?
    Approved tile trade discount members receive exclusive discounts on ALL tiles - this discount is reflected across the site so you can create quotes for clients while browsing our retail site and adding items to your cart! You are also eligible for up to 15 complimentary tile sample swatches per month. In addition to discounts and free samples, our trade account members also receive priority lead times and order fulfillment for all in-stock tile to ensure you receive your materials as soon as possible!
  3. What's the Trade Discount?
    New Platinum Pro trade accounts automatically receive 10% off all orders once their account is approved! Higher discounts are available for large Commercial projects. Email trade @ tileclub.com for a trade quote.

    *complimentary sample orders do not count towards multiple orders.
  4. How long does it take to get approved?
    *Please allow up to 48 hours for Tile Club to review your application and send the activation link upon approval. For the quickest approval, please confirm the email address used to apply is correct and matches your business name. Confirm you can receive email from support(at)tileclub.com to receive the link to activate your account.
  5. How do I access my trade discount?
    Once your account is approved and activated, you can log in with your registered email address to see your discount reflected on every product page and in your cart! You'll also see samples are complimentary when you need to shop for Tile Swatches (limit 15 free samples per month). Please note, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your cache to see the Member Prices displayed when you log in as browsers can cache the retail prices.
  6. Do I have an account rep for my trade discount?
    Absolutely! You will work directly with our Commercial Sales Manager. While you can always check out directly through our e-commerce site, we can also draft a quote and send for your review. Contact us directly to let us know how we can best help with your upcoming tile projects!
