Shipping is free in lower 48 states. Yes, absolutely free! You pay for the tile or samples, we pick up the delivery tab.
If you are shipping to AK, HI, PR, U.S. Virgin Islands or some remote location like a military base or an island accessible only by air or ferry we will figure out the shipping after the order is processed online. You can also call us ahead at (408) 577 7342 and our sales rep will help you process the order with the respective shipping adjustment.
In case something arrives broken please:
1. Note it with the delivery driver/person. We strongly recommend inspecting the delivery before you sign off with the courier.
2. Take pictures.
3. Submit a Damaged in Transit (DIT) Form. Send an email to DamagedInTransit@tileclub.com to request the form.
