The journey of our Preciosa tiles from concept to your walls took several years. Our designers started by creating high-resolution scans of genuine agate slices. The accurate digital scans were then painstakingly replicated on durable slabs of porcelain, combining the natural but delicate beauty of gemstones with the strength of these tiles. In a stunning combination of craftsmanship and technology, these spectacular tiles were created by utilizing 'fourth fire' technology. This process involves multiple firings to create a layered look with the depth of luminous agates and the addition of precious metals.
